We rent your home for a fixed monthly sum and handle the whole tenancy. You are paid the same amount every month, even when the home is empty.
We handle the tenancy for you
We rent the home from you and let it to a tenant. The tenant's contract is with us, so they call us with any problems. A fixed amount is paid into your account every month, and we contact you when there is something you need to decide.

A fixed sum every month
We agree on an amount, and you are paid it whether the home is let or not. Any empty months are our cost.
One company to deal with
The tenant calls us. We contact you when there is something you need to know.
We do the maintenance
We have our own caretaker services and do most small jobs ourselves, bringing in a qualified trade for the work that needs one.
Everything documented
A handover record with photos, and receipts for work done. The deposit settlement is based on these when the tenant moves out.
From home visit to move-in
There are three steps, and you are only needed for the first.
Home visit
We come and see the home and tell you what it could let for. The visit is free, and you are not committing to anything.
Agreement
If you want to go ahead, we draw up an agreement with a fixed sum and an agreed length. You sign it electronically and receive a copy by e-mail.
Move-in
We find the tenant, do the handover with a written record and photos, and pay you the first sum on the agreed date.
Subletting or management
We offer both. The difference is who bears the cost when the home is empty.

Questions about renting out
What does it cost?
Nothing. We rent the home from you for an agreed fixed sum, and our income is the difference between that and the rent the tenant pays. There is no commission or monthly fee.
What happens if the home is empty?
You are still paid the agreed sum. This is the main difference between subletting and management. With management you receive no rent in those months, but you pay no fee either, and finding a new tenant is our job.
Who pays for repairs?
Day-to-day maintenance and minor damage are our responsibility. Larger work that comes with ownership, such as a new roof or bathroom, stays with you. The split is written into the agreement, so both sides know where they stand.
How long does an agreement run?
We agree the length with you. Most owners choose three years, which gives both sides some certainty and is a common length for tenancies in Norway.
I live abroad. Does that matter?
No. The agreement is signed electronically, we can pay into any bank account, and you receive the handover record and receipts by e-mail.
Can you manage the home without subletting it?
Yes. If you would rather keep the tenancy in your own name and only hand over the work, we can do that instead. You then pay a fee on the rent that comes in. If the home is empty, you receive no rent but pay no fee.
