What you get when you rent from us
You rent from a company
A written contract under the Norwegian Tenancy Act, with Inn-Utleie Stavanger AS as your landlord.
Deposit in your own name
It is held in a locked account in your name, with the interest paid to you. By law it is never more than six months' rent.
A handover with photos
We walk through the home with you and photograph its condition. It shows what the home was like when you moved in.
One number for repairs
Call us. If it is a pipe or a door, we come and look at it ourselves.
