What you get when you rent from us

A written contract under the Norwegian Tenancy Act, with Inn-Utleie Stavanger AS as your landlord.
Deposit in your own name
In a locked account in your name, with the interest paid to you. Never more than six months' rent, as the law requires.
A handover with photos
We walk through the home with you and record its condition with photos. That record protects you the day you move out.
