Two tradesmen who run a letting company
Inn-Utleie was started in 2022 by a plumber and a carpenter. When a tenant calls about a dripping pipe or a door that won't close, we usually go out ourselves, and the owner hears what was wrong and what we did.

Looking for a place to live
You rent from a company and get a written contract and a deposit account in your own name. When something breaks, you have one number to call.
What you get
Own a home you want to rent out
You are paid a fixed sum every month, even when the home is empty. We find the tenant, write the contract, take the calls and handle repairs. There is no commission or monthly fee.
How it works
The agreed sum, every month of the year
That includes the weeks between two tenants when the home is empty. We take no percentage of your rent, and the tenant's calls come to us. If the water heater breaks, we are the ones who go out.
Renting a home from us
This applies to every home we let.
You rent from a company
A written contract under the Norwegian Tenancy Act, with Inn-Utleie Stavanger AS as your landlord.
Deposit in your own name
The deposit goes into a locked account in your name, with the interest paid to you. Never more than six months' rent, as the law requires.
A handover with photos
We walk through the home with you on the day you move in and photograph its condition, so there is a record of how it was.
One number for repairs
We have our own caretaker services, so most repairs are done without waiting, and we bring in a qualified trade when the job calls for one.

We go out to the homes ourselves, so we only take on homes we can reach the same day. That means Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola, Randaberg, Klepp, Time, Gjesdal, Strand and Hå. If your home is elsewhere in Rogaland, ask us anyway.

Can I sign the contract in English?
The contract follows the Norwegian Tenancy Act and is in Norwegian. We go through it with you in English before you sign, and you are welcome to show it to an adviser first.
What does it cost to rent out my home through you?
Nothing. We rent the home from you for a fixed monthly sum, and our income is the difference between that and the rent the tenant pays. There is no commission or monthly fee, and you are paid in months when the home is empty too.
