Two tradesmen who run a letting company
Inn-Utleie was started in 2022 by a plumber and a carpenter. When a tenant calls about a dripping pipe or a door that will not close, we usually come ourselves, and the owner is told what was wrong and what was done.

Looking for a place to live
You rent from us, not from a private person. A written contract, a deposit account in your own name, and someone who answers when the water heater gives up on a Friday afternoon.
What you get
Own a home you want to rent out
You receive a fixed sum every month, also when the home stands empty. We find the tenant, write the contract, take the calls and fix what breaks. No commission, no monthly fee.
How it works
You receive the agreed sum all twelve months
Also when the home stands empty between two tenants. We take no percentage of your rent, and you are spared the phone calls. If the water heater breaks, we are the ones who come.
Renting a home from us
The same for every home we let.
You rent from a company
A written contract under the Norwegian Tenancy Act, with Inn-Utleie Stavanger AS as your landlord. Not a private person who has to find a plumber.
Deposit in your own name
The deposit goes into a locked account in your name, with the interest paid to you. Never more than six months' rent, as the law requires.
A handover with photos
We walk through the home with you on the day you move in and record its condition with photos. That record protects you the day you move out.
One number when something breaks
We have a certified plumber and a certified carpenter in the company. Most things are fixed without waiting for someone to become available.

We drive out ourselves, which is why the area has a limit: we take homes we can reach the same day. Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola, Randaberg, Klepp, Time, Gjesdal, Strand and Hå. Elsewhere in Rogaland, ask anyway.

Can I sign the contract in English?
The contract follows the Norwegian Tenancy Act and is written in Norwegian. We go through it with you in English before you sign, and you can take it to an adviser first.
What does it cost to rent out my home through you?
Nothing. We rent the home from you at a fixed monthly sum and earn the difference to what the tenant pays. No commission, no monthly fee, and the sum arrives in the months the home stands empty too.
