About Inn-Utleie Stavanger
We let apartments and houses in nine municipalities around Stavanger, acting as the link between owner and tenant. The company was started in 2022 by a plumber and a carpenter, and we still do the maintenance ourselves.

Many letting companies are agents or managers who call in a tradesman when something goes wrong. We are tradespeople who went into letting.
When a water heater gives up on a Friday afternoon, how long the tenant waits depends on whether someone can drive out and look at it. We can, which is why we do the maintenance ourselves instead of contracting it out.

Homes people stay in
We let apartments and houses in Stavanger, Sandnes and Sola, and many of our tenants have lived in them for years. We want tenants who are happy, pay on time and tell us early when something is wrong. The owner then has less to worry about, and the home stays in good condition.
How subletting works
We are the link between owner and tenant, and each of them deals only with us.
We rent the home from the owner and let it to the tenant. The owner is paid a fixed sum every month and has no day-to-day contact with the tenant. The tenant gets a written contract, a deposit account in their own name, and a phone number someone answers.
We also offer management, where the owner keeps the tenancy in their own name and only hands over the work. We work out which suits you best at the home visit.
Based at Tasta in Stavanger
We are based at Tasta in Stavanger and take homes in Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola, Randaberg, Klepp, Time, Gjesdal, Strand, Hå and the rest of Rogaland. Because we go out to the homes ourselves, we only take on homes we can reach the same day.
