We let apartments and houses in nine municipalities around Stavanger, and we stand between the owner and the tenant. The company was started in 2022 by a plumber and a carpenter, and we still do the maintenance ourselves.

Tradespeople who let homes in Stavanger
Many letting companies are agents or managers who call a tradesman when something happens. We are tradespeople who started letting.
When a water heater gives up on a Friday afternoon, it is not service that decides how long it takes. It is whether someone can drive out and look at it. We can, and that is why we do the maintenance ourselves instead of putting it out to others.

Homes people stay in
We let apartments and houses in Stavanger, Sandnes and Sola, and many of our tenants have lived there for years. That is how we want it: a tenant who is happy, pays on time and says so early when something is wrong. Then the owner has peace of mind, and the home keeps its condition.
How subletting works
We stand between the owner and the tenant, and both have one party to deal with.
We rent the home from the owner and let it on to the tenant. The owner gets a fixed sum every month and is spared the day-to-day contact. The tenant gets a written contract, a deposit account in their own name, and a phone number that is answered.
We also do it the other way round, where the owner keeps the tenancy in their own name and only outsources the work. Which one suits is something we work out during the visit.
We drive out from Sola
We are based at Sola and take homes in Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola, Randaberg, Klepp, Time, Gjesdal, Strand, Hå and the rest of Rogaland. The area has a limit because we drive out ourselves: we only take homes we can reach the same day.
